These little Pies are so yummy!

Brown Sugar Pies

1/2 cup brown sugar
3 tablespoons dark or light corn syrup
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 egg
3/4 cup chopped pecans
1 teaspoon vanilla
Package of Individual Pie crust

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2. In small bowl, combine brown sugar, corn syrup, butter, and egg; beat well. Stir in pecans and vanilla; mix well.

3. Fill each shell with 1-2 teaspoons of the pecan filling. I set my Brown Sugar Pies on a baking sheet to cook and fill

4.Bake for 15-18 minutes until the filling is bubbly and just set. Remove from cookie sheet and let cool on wire rack. Be careful here - the brown sugar mixture is very hot and it will burn your fingers if you touch it. Use a spatula and a fork to remove the little pies from the cookie sheet.

5. Top with a little brown sugar and pecans
