S'more Cups

Smores are probably one of my favorite treats for the summer. Campfires, Night Skies, Warm Nights Smores.. smores... oh... did I mention smores? :)

But in the winter I'm not always up for standing outside under the stars for a smore. haha, and well to be honest smores are messy.

So here is a fast and easy way to make small bite size smores, that can be made anytime of the year!

S'more Cups

(Printable Recipe Here)

Also I found these adorable Heart Marshmallows Just in time for Valentines day! So not only are these super tasty, but using the heart marshmallows make this perfect for Valentines. :)

What you need:

10 whole graham crackers (finely crushed)
1/4 cup powdered sugar
6 tbsp butter, melted
1 cup milk chocolate morsels
12 large marshmallows If using regular (you'll cut these in half)

BUT if using the strawberry heart marshmallows, -you need 24--I used 1 whole heart marshmallow for each cup

(I've Bolded All of the Pampered Chef Items that I used)

What to do:

Preheat oven to 350°F .

Place graham crackers into a large resealable plastic bag. Finely crush into crumbs.

Combine graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar and butter in Small Batter Bowl.

Using Small Scoop, place scoop of crumb mixture in each cup of Deluxe Mini-Muffin Pan.

Press crumbs to form shallow cups with Mini-Tart Shaper.

Bake 4-5 minutes or until edges are bubbling.

Remove pan from oven; sprinkle a few milk chocolate morsels into each cup.

Put back into the Oven for about 2 minutes.

Remove Pan, take a toothpick and swirl the melted morsels to create a chocolate sauce.

Cut marshmallows in half crosswise *** TIP dip kitchen spears in cold water before cutting to prevent sticking****

(if using heart marshmallows don't cut them in half, use the whole heart marshmallow)

Place one marshmallow half, cut-side down, into each cup.

Return to oven 1-2 minutes or until marshmallows are just slightly softened.

Remove from oven to Stackable Cooling Rack; cool 15 minutes. Carefully remove cups from pan. Cool completely.

Melt remaining milk chocolate morsels in a 1-cup Prep Bowl.

Microwave on HIGH 1 minute- 2 minutes or until melted and smooth, stirring every 20 seconds.

Dip the top of each marshmallow in melted chocolate. Turn top-side up and let stand until hardened.

** Stick them in the fridge to harden the chocolate faster**

Yield: 24 cups
