Smore Pops

Smore Pops

I've said it before and I'll say it again, Smores are just scrumptious in my book. I love them. The 3 ingredients alone are ..ehh... ok, but together they are wonderful and almost loved my everyone.

For my brothers graduation party over the weekend, we made Smore Pops. We mainly had "finger foods" so these were a perfect small dessert.

Congratulations Adam!

We're so very proud of you!

Oh and everything is cuter miniature and/ or on a stick; like Cake Pops, Poptart Pops,Caramel Dipped Apples, Chocolate Lollipops :), so these had to make an appearance :)

Plus I added little Class of 2011 tags to the smore pops to they were personalized for the party :)
What you need:

1 Bag of Marshmallows
Melting Chocolate
Graham crackers (Crushed)
Candy Sticks
Personal Pop Tags (if you want to use them)

What to do:

Take your Marshmallows and place each one onto a Candy Stick.

Melt your chocolate and dip the marshmallow on a stick, half a way. Tap off the excess chocolate.

Sprinkle the crushed graham cracker over the chocolate marshmallows.

I stick mine into Styrofoam so that they sit straight up and let them dry for about 5 minutes, for the chocolate to harden.

Now add your pop tags if you'd like and you're all done!

These look fantastic. I'm in total agreement - marshmallows or graham crackers alone? Not great. But together with chocolate and I'm all over it!
