Cookie Cups

Cookie Cups

When My husband was in IRAQ, I loved sending him care packages probably as much as he loved receiving them.

I always tried to pack something special that reminded him of home.

These cookie cups, quickly became a favorite of his (and his friends) while he was overseas.

The best part is that they actually stayed fresh and delicious thanks to plastic wrap and pringles cans. These cookies fit perfectly inside of a empty pringles can :)

Cookie Cups

(Printable Recipe Here)

What you Need:

1 pkg. Chocolate Chip Cookie Bar Dough
1 cup Toll House Swirled Morsels (or your favorite flavor)

What you need to do:

PREHEAT oven to 350° F. Grease 24 muffin cups.

PLACE squares of dough into prepared muffin cups; press down to make a deep well.

BAKE for 9 to 11 minutes or until edges are set. Remove from oven to wire rack.

While still warm, fill cookie cups with morsels. Morsels will soften and retain their shape.

Cool completely. With tip of knife, remove cookie cups from muffin pan

You are so smart to have packaged these in empty Pringle cans! They look great and I can imagine how much your care packages to your husband and his buddies were anticipated and appreciated.
