Cookie Dough Truffles
I have to give credit to Heather from DragonFly Designs for this recipe. I did change it up a little though.
BUT next time I wont drop the whole bottle of vanilla into the bowl…. oops…
Did you ever have the urge to eat raw cookie dough? Well now its ok 🙂
Cookie Dough Truffles
What you need:
1/2 cup margarine
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 cup flour
1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup chopped Andes mints
1 bag of melting chocolate chips
What to do:
Cream together margarine and sugar.
Add remaining ingredients gradually, blending well.
Chill for an hour.
Roll cookie dough into little balls.
Melt melting chocolate in a double boiler and dip cookie dough balls into the chocolate.
Drop onto a lined cookie sheet and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
