- 7 1/2 ounces package of colby jack cheese slices
- 1 1/2 pounds of pre-cooked ham slices
- 1 can refrigerated pizza dough (or homemade dough)

Instructions
- Pre-heat the oven to 400F.
- Roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle.
- Lay cheese slices all over the pizza dough.
- Lay a layer of ham slices over the cheese.
- Starting at the short end on the right, roll the dough with cheese and ham inside towards the left, jelly roll style. (Like Cinnamon Rolls)
- Once it\'s completely rolled together, place it on a cutting board with the seam down.
- With a sharp knife, carefully cut one inch \"rolls\". Place them on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake at 400F for 10-12 minutes. Remove and let cool slightly. Serve warm or at room temperature.
