I made these waffles and they are so good. I did add chopped ham, red peppers and chopped jalapenos to your original recipe. I also loved them with maple syrup but the rest of my family like sour cream. Thank you so much for sharing as they were very Tasty!

These are so good! I only have a mini waffle maker so I halved this recipe-2 eggs & half cup of pepper jack cheese mixed with sharp cheddar & half cup of bacon bits. Also only had frozen hash browns and had no issue with excess water. Half of this recipe made FIVE nice thick mini waffles and they were DELICIOUS!

These were great and a huge hit with my sons. I was only able to get 3 waffles out of the recipe or they would have been a little too thin. I will adjust accordingly on the next batch. Thank you for this winner.
