In reply to Kathy. I haven't tried this recipe with 2%. The whole milk has a higher fat content and gives the pudding a richer flavor and creamier texture

In reply to Lori. Just have a quick question. When boiling for the 3 mins do I whisk during those 3 mins or do I whisk for 3 mins after boiling for the 3mins? sorry that was a little confusing for me for some reason lol thanks!!

In reply to Judy. You can BUT if you're going to, you need to use a kitchen torch to cook/toast the topping. If you put this pie in the oven, it's going to melt me pie.
