This spooky little guy made his first appearance at our Halloween party last year and everyone loved him so much that I think this Halloween charcuterie board will become a Halloween tradition around here!
Charcuterie board, Snack Board or Party Tray…whatever you want to call this is fine by me! I like to call it spooky, creepy and super easy to make as well!
The Meat Skull is made by wrapping slices of Prosciutto around a plastic skull to replicate muscle and then gummy eyes are added to give it an extra spooky touch.
Then this Zombie Meat Skull is placed on a serving tray and then surrounded by tons of fun cheeses, fruits, crackers and Salami Slices.

How to make a Meat Skull Party Tray :

Gather up everything you need for your board and make sure the board is clean.
You’ll need sliced prosciutto for the skull part of this snack board -
Wash plastic skull and dry.
Wrap sliced Prosciutto around skull, making sure to not cover the eye sockets or the teeth.
Add gummy eyeballs to eye sockets.
Place meat skull in the middle of the serving tray. -
Wash all fruits for board.

Cut all of the cheese into small bite sized cubes.

Open all meats and get ready to decorate the board.

Arrange grapes and meats around skull.

Arrange the remaining meat, cheese and crackers around the skull.

Fill in any open spots with cheese and fruit.

- 1 pound Red Seedless Grapes
- 1 pound Green Seedless Grapes

- 8 ounce block Cheddar Cheese
- 8 ounce block White Cheddar Cheese
- 12 BabyBel Cheese
- 1 box Ritz Crackers
- 1 box Triscuits
Instructions
Wash plastic skull and dry.
