Folks need to remember that most &quot;vintage&quot; or &quot;old-fashioned&quot; recipes weren&#039;t complicated or made with expensive ingredients. (My mom always cautioned me to use the kitchen tools that were available when the recipe was written.) My grandson brought over 3 overripe bananas this morning, knowing I&#039;d bake something with them. Now he can have banana bread...thanks again.]]></description>
