My husband, son and I thought this was delicious! It does have a garlic taste to it but we like garlic so it was good and not too strong.as for the texture, this soup typically is a thicker base. However, mine wasn’t extremely thick, it was just right. I doubled the recipe. Will make again!

Sometimes the garlic in recipes can be over powering to some people. I love garlic so that’s why I add it, my mom on the other hand thinks the tiniest bit of garlic is too much. haha it’s also suppose to be a think soup. I don’t like watery soup broccoli and cheese soup. Sorry that you didn’t like the recipe <3

Followed to a tee, BUT way to much garlic. Couldn’t taste anything but the garlic. Too thick. Will not be trying this again.
