I love banana pudding hot, fresh from the oven. I will eat it cold too, but I prefer it hot. I do not like the meringue. As kids, we called it cow slobber, lol. I have never heard of roasting the bananas tho. That’s interesting! I will definitely try it! This sounds like a great recipe! Thank you!

je suis folle des bananes. quand j’ai vu cette recette, je me suis empresser d’aller dans la cuisine. mais, je n’avais pas assez de bananes. alors je dois attendre avant de déguster ce pouding. je vous reviens après la dégustation.

This is the best recipe for banana pudding. I double the recipe & still have to make an additional banana pudding it goes so fast wherever I bring dessert.
