You can. I haven’t done this exact recipe with white chocolate chips but if I was going to, I’d probably add a little coconut oil to keep it smooth while heating.

If you’re having issues with the sticks staying in the Oreos, you can “glue” the stick into the center of the Oreo with some of the melted white candy

did it work best with double stuffed? can’t get my sticks to stay! I used regular oreos.

You can use those if you want to. You won’t have the orange center for them but that’s ok. Also I’m not sure if you’ll have an issue getting the pop stick into the OREO if it’s already covered. But you can try them for sure.

Add a dab of chocolate to the end of the lollipop stick and stick a lollipop stick into the cream filling of each Oreo.
