In reply to Angie.

I made this for my family, I used red skin potatoes and I cooked them a little prior to adding it to the oven. But if you do that it will take longer than 25 minutes. I cooked my corn as well a little prior but the sausages and shrimp I left to cook with everything in the oven. it turned out great!!!

In reply to Patrick.

Hi Patrick, I'm going to assume that you didn't read the recipe or follow the directions. Because this recipe calls for "1 pound frozen diced potatoes" - frozen diced potatoes are already cooked, therefore they're just being heated in the oven with the rest of the food. If you didn't follow the directions and recipe as written and used uncooked potatoes, then yes, the time would be off. However, if you follow the recipe and use the correct ingredients, the time is perfect.

Nowhere near long enough for the potatoes to cook fully. I had to add another twenty five minutes to get the potatoes to cook. Which made the shrimp inedible. I thought the cooking time seemed off. Should have went with my gut.
