It’s another amazing October day and it’s time for another amazing Halloween guest post recipe from another fantastic blogger! I’m just so thankful that my blogging friends stepped up to help me with my blog and with Halloween recipes while I’m out with our little guy!
Today, I’ve got Rosemary from An Italian in My Kitchen with these wonderful, spooky Meringue Ghost Chocolate Sugar Cookies!
I’m handing the blog over to Rosemary today!
To start, I would like to give my best wishes to Angie and her husband for the arrival of their baby, baby’s are the best! And of course thank you Angie for letting me guest post.
My name is Rosemary and I blog at An Italian in my kitchen, one thing I have to say is, Halloween has always been one of my favorite holidays, next to Christmas of course, and since living in Italy I would always try to make Halloween a special invent for my kids and my husband, since it was all so new to him too.
From decorating the table to serving a Halloween Pizza, to a Crazy Giant Pumpkin Cookie.
And even though my kids are older and my eldest has moved to Canada I still can’t help myself from baking up something ghoulish.
I love sugar cookies and recently I have been experimenting with meringue, so I thought why not combine the both? And needless to say a little whipped cream in the middle sounded good too!
I decided a chocolate sugar cookie would be perfect and who can resist a cute little meringue ghost on top of some fluffy orange whipped cream? So where ever you are this Halloween I hope you enjoy a cookie or two.
Happy Halloween.
