I can’t wait to make this – have the aborio rice and cream on hand – just need to go and get some mushrooms. I was so glad to see that someone else is a user of Better than Bouillion products. Also, they don’t have a lot of sodium. I use them because they have No MSG which I am highly allregic to. For the seasoning I will be using Mrs. Dash Original seasoning as it also doesn’t have MSG and has no salt. . Thanks for posting this recipe. I am a lover of mushrooms as so are my kids.
