Should Oreo balls Be Kept In The Fridge?
Yes. You’ll want to keep these Oreo snowballs in the fridge because they’re made with cream cheese. Store in in an airtight container to keep them from drying out.
Why Are My Oreo Balls Falling Apart When I Try To Roll Them In Powdered Sugar?
They’re too hot. You’ve to roll them into balls and then chill them in the refrigerator before you try to roll them in the powdered sugar.

How To Make Oreo Snowballs:
-
Crush sandwich cookies in a food processor until the cookies have turned into fine crumbs.
-
Add cream cheese to cookie crumbs and mix well with a spoon or electric mixer.
-
Roll tablespoon sized scoops of dough into balls. And pop them into the fridge for about 30 minutes to firm up.
-
Next roll Oreo cookie balls in powdred sugar and serve.
