Should Oreo balls Be Kept In The Fridge?

Yes. You’ll want to keep these Oreo snowballs in the fridge because they’re made with cream cheese. Store in in an airtight container to keep them from drying out.

Why Are My Oreo Balls Falling Apart When I Try To Roll Them In Powdered Sugar?

They’re too hot. You’ve to roll them into balls and then chill them in the refrigerator before you try to roll them in the powdered sugar.
