Ingredients
Blueberry Vanilla
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup milk, any kind (I use Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk in mine)
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 teaspoon chia seeds (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon flax seeds (optional)
Strawberry Honey
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup milk, any kind (I used Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk)
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1/2 cup chopped frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup freeze dried strawberries (optional for topping)
Peaches and Cream
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup milk, any kind (I use Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk in mine)
- 2 tablespoons Vanilla Yogurt
- 4 -6 slices canned or frozen peaches, chopped
- 1 1/2 teaspoons peach syrup (I used Torani - Peach Syrup)
Instructions
- Combine oats and milk into a 8 oz jar or glass. Stir to combine.
- Stir in other ingredients depending on which flavor you are making.
- Screw on top of jar or cover top of glass with plastic wrap or foil.
- Place oats into fridge for 6 hours or more.
- Eat cold or warm in the microwave for 30 seconds.
