- 2 lbs cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Remove stems from clean tomatoes.
- Lay tomatoes on a rimmed baking sheet and toss with olive oil.
- Sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper. Toss to coat everything with olive oil and seasonings.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until roasted to your liking.
