It was simple to prepare, healthy, delicious, fresh-tasting, and super easy to clean up afterward! (I lined my sheet pan with heavy duty foil.) I’ll definitely be checking out your site for other recipes. The only change I made was to quarter or halve my mushrooms, and I’m glad I did because they did shrink quite a bit. (They weren’t extremely large, to begin with.)
