hey! I’m sure they can. I’d just throw them in at the start 🙂 But I haven’t made it with frozen in a long long time. It should be fine though.

I don’t 🙂 For this one I just throw everything in there and turn it on haha 🙂 But you could brown the meat before if you wanted to.
