I’ve been making these cute little snowmen Oreo cookies for years. They’re so easy to make and they’re super adorable on Christmas cookie plates and boxed up for loved ones!
Ps. I also made these Easy Santa Oreo Cookies too! They go perfectly with these snowmen Oreos! I’ve changed them up a little over the years but no matter how they’re decorated, these little snowmen are always a hit.
What you’ll need to make Snowmen Oreos:
- Oreos
- White Candy Melts
- Red Candy Melts
- Black Candy Melts
- Orange Jimmie Sprinkles
- Sanding sugar
How to make Snowmen Oreos:
In a microwave-safe bowl melt white candy melts according to package directions.
Add some of the melted white chocolate to a piping bag or sandwich bag. On a sheet of wax paper or parchment paper, pipe small white round drops, smaller than an American dime.
Sprinkle each one with sanding sugars while white chocolate is wet. Let dry and harden. These are the snowballs for the hats
In a microwave-safe bowl melt white candy melts according to package directions.
Dip your Oreos one at a time into the white chocolate, covering completely. Tap off excess and lay on parchment paper or foil.
Once White candy melts have cooled and hardened on OREO cookies, melt red candy melts.
In a microwave-safe bowl melt red candy melts according to package.
Dip the tops of the Oreo cookies to make a hat. Sprinkle sanding sugar onto red candy melts hats. Add snowball to corner of hat.
Let red candy melts harden.
In a microwave-safe bowl melt black candy melts according to package.
Add melted black candy melts to a piping bag or sandwich bag and pipe a face onto each snowman.
Use melted white candy melts to attach the “carrot” nose.
Let Oreos sit for about 30 minutes to harden and dry.
You could also use the Holiday Oreos or the Golden Oreos to make these!
