Happy belated birthday! It was my birthday last week, too, but let’s just say I have a few years on you and leave it at that. 🙂
I love the idea of celebrating with ice cream, because as much as I love cake, I love ice cream even more… especially when it’s in mint-chocolate form, which is my favouritest ice cream flavour of all!
