Air Fryer



You're going to love these air fryer baked potatoes! The potato skins come out crisp but you still get that perfect fluffy baked potato center! Great with all of your favorite baked potato toppings like: butter, cheese, bacon or sour cream!

– 2 russet potatoes – olive oil or avocado oil – seasoning salt*

 Wash potatoes and pat dry. Use a fork to prick hole all around the potatoes.

Rub the potatoes all over with oil of choice. Season all sides of the potatoes with salt.

Place potatoes into basket of air fryer. Air Fry at 400F for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, check to see if potatoes are fork tender**, if not add 5 more minutes and repeat test.  Once potatoes are tender, carefully remove from air fryer with tongs.

Place onto a flat surface and carefully slice open. Place palms if hands on each of potato and press towards center to open.

Fluff potato insides with fork and top with favorite baked potato toppings.
