Mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and pour into storage jar or container. Keep in a cool, dry place for up to 3 months until ready to use.
Mix the eggs, vanilla and oil into the dry mix until batter is smooth.
Mix the milk in until combined with batter.
Scoop batter into 24 cupcake liners
Cook at 350F for 20 minutes.
Poke the cake or cupcakes centers with a toothpick to ensure it’s cooked through.
If you're going to give this as a gift, make sure to include the eggs, vanilla extract, vegetable oil and milk amounts and the recipe to make the cake and/or cupcakes.
When used to make cupcakes this yields:
24 cupcakes - Bake at 350F for 20 minutes
1 - 9x13 sheet sheet cake - Bake at 350F for 25 minutes
2-Layer 9 inch round Cake layers - Bake at 350F for 30 minutes
