No need to turn on the oven for this pasta salad! Cook the pasta right in your in Instant Pot, mix and chill for the perfect, Italian dressing tossed, summer Instant Pot Pasta Salad!
Pour dry pasta in the bowl of instant pot and submerge in water.
(Add enough water to cover the pasta.)
Seal lid and pressure valve and cook on high pressure for 6 minutes.
Quick-release pressure and drain pasta.
Run cold water over pasta for a few minutes, drain. Let pasta cool.
Add chopped vegetables and dressing to the pasta and gently fold to mix.
Best served chilled.
