I sprinkled with Old Bay instead of Greek seasoning (just because I couldn’t find Greek seasoning in the store I went to that day) and turned them over at 10 minutes so both sides of bacon were crisped. They looked just like the picture and the flavor was wonderful but the underside of the bacon was not done. I even tried sticking them back in the oven longer and then again under the broiler. I noticed a few other recipes with instructions to cook the bacon half way first before wrapping the shrimp. I will try that next time but still, this was a very easy and tasty recipe.
