Yummm. Barely made any changes and none that matter. I used leg thigh quarters because it’s what I had and cooked them in the slow cooker before pulling the meat, because I’m lazy. Homemade Alfredo to save on a little of the sodium content.
This was actually a request from my 13 year old son who saw a video online. So I went searching for a recipe. I will be adding this meal to our regular rotation. I already tend to make lasagna about once a month, now I’ll have to ask if they want red or white. Thank you for making a random request so very yummy.

Yes, the Badia Complete Seasoning does have MSG and salt but it's not a requirement for the recipe (as anyone can switch it up to whichever seasoning mix they love) and I do encourage my readers to always use what's best for them. We use it only a few times a month so it's ok for us :) The non-MSG version sounds perfect! I'll have to order some of that too!

This looks so yummy that I am making it tomorrow for family Sunday supper! If using Badia Complete Seasoning, use caution if sodium is a concern as it contains MSG and salt. I cooked the chicken tonight to get a head start and used this seasoning. It has a lovely flavor and doesn’t seem salty at all. I just want to give a heads up to others that are also watching sodium intake. My hub was recently diagnosed with high BP, so scrutinizing labels for sodium is still new for us. Once I realized this I looked up the seasoning and there is a non-MSG version available on Amazon. It’s probably available in some local stores too.

I’ve never frozen this particular one but I have frozen and cooked lasagnas before and what I normally do it cover them with foil and bake them at 350 for about an hour and 30 minutes or until they’re super hot in the middle.

Can you make this ahead of time and freeze it? if so, how long do you think it would take to cook?
