In reply to Colleen. Hi Colleen. Most vegetarians eat eggs because they are not considered animal flesh. Vegans do not eat any animals or by products. However, I didn't call these vegetarian cookies. But if you found me through Pinterest, they probably listed it as vegetarian because it only contains animal by products.

In reply to Jessi. No. Most baking sheets already have a non-stick surface but you could also use a silicone baking mat or parchment paper. Greasing the cookie sheet may make them spread too much.
