When I saw these Unicorn Pink & Blue Swirled Vanilla Morsels at the store the other day I just knew that I had to grab them. I love the way the chocolate cookie makes the unicorn chocolate chips pop plus they’re delicious too!

I found these Unicorn vanilla “chocolate chips” in the baking section at Walmart next to the regular chocolate chips. I was picking up some ingredients for my Chocolate Peanut Butter Chex Mix when I spotted them and I instantly fell in love.
What other cookies bases would be good for Unicorn Cookies?
If you’re not a fan of chocolate cookies, have no fear! I think these Unicorn Pink & Blue Swirled Vanilla Morsels would be great with these cookies as well:
- Chocolate Dipped ABC 123 Chocolate Chip Cookies (instead of the ABC sprinkles and chocolate chips)
- Mint Mocha Crackle Cookies
- Monster Chocolate Chunk M&M Cookies
Unicorn desserts have been wildly popular over the past few years and I hope the trends continues because I think unicorn treats are so pretty!

Do I need to grease the cookie sheet?
Angie says
No. Most baking sheets already have a non-stick surface but you could also use a silicone baking mat or parchment paper. Greasing the cookie sheet may make them spread too much.
