Ginny, there aren’t any cherry tomatoes in the recipe or photo. The red-ish brown items in the dish are slices of andouille sausage.

I just made this and Im not sure why but my spinach stuck the spinach and made the spinach a big clump that was hard to keep separated! But it was still def delicious!

I didn’t have the shells so I used Cavatappi instead… it was able to hold all of that delicious Alfredo sauce. My husband says I cook too much but didn’t complain about this dish:)!
