Ingredients
- 1 package of sweet rolls (I use the sweet Hawaiian rolls)
- 9 slices of ham
- 9 pieces of swiss cheese
- 4 tablespoons melted butter mixed with a teaspoon of seasoning (I use Badia Complete Seasoning)
- 6 -7 chicken tenderloins
- Olive oil
- 1/4 cup mayo
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 350F.
- Cook chicken in a skillet with a little of the seasoning and olive oil until done. Shred cooked chicken and set aside.
- slice the entire package of sweet rolls (I use the sweet Hawaiian rolls) in half.
- Spread a little mayo onto bottom bread and top with shredded chicken.
- Top chicken with ham slices.
- Top ham slices with swiss cheese slices.
- Spread mayo on the underside of the top section of bread and place bread onto cheese.
- Brush the tops of the rolls with melted butter and seasoning mixture.
- Cover with foil and bake for 8 minutes.
- Remove from oven, cut into squares and serve.
