Apple chips are so super easy and make a wonderful snack!
Pack them in their lunches or have these Baked Cinnamon Sugar Apple Chips ready and waiting on them for when they get home from school!

Ingredients
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
In a small bowl, mix the cinnamon, sugar and brown sugar together.
Carefully slice the apples VERY thinly with a mandoline slicer. Remove all of the seeds.
Preheat oven to 225F.
Lightly spritz a baking sheet with cooking spray. (You may need to use a few baking sheets)
Lay apple slices out onto a baking sheet(s).
Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the apples.
Bake for 1 hour.
Flip the Apples and bake for another hour. Remove from oven and let cool.
Makes: TONS of apple chips
