He’s a mean one… Mr. Grinch! Well, he might be mean but these Grinch Cake Pops are sweet! If you love the mean green guy from Dr. Suess’ “How The Grinch Stole Christmas”, you’ll love these super easy Grinch Inspired treats.
If you have Grinch-loving kids or are planning a Grinch-themed party this year, you need to make these super easy Grinch Cake Pops. I love the idea of an entire party filled with Grinch treats!
My little guy isn’t crazy about the Grinch but he does love cake pops!
Ingredients For Grinch Cake Pops:
- prepared 9×13 chocolate cake, crumbled
- white cake frosting
- green candy melts ( green candy coating)
- red heart sprinkles
- cake pop sticks (white lollipop sticks)

How To Make Grinch Cake Pops:

In a large mixing bowl, add the crumbled cake and frosting.
Mix well until the cake becomes like firm batter. -
Form batter into 1 1/2” balls. Set aside.

Melt the green candy melts in a bowl using a microwave. Heat 30 seconds at a time until fully melted.

Dip the cake pop stick into the melted chocolate about a half inch.

Then stick into the cake ball. Repeat for all the cake balls. Allow the stick chocolate to harden.

Take the first cake pops to receive their sticks and dip them into the melted chocolate until fully coated. Place upright in a holder or foam base to allow the chocolate to harden.

Add a dab of melted chocolate to the back of the candy heart and place offset from the top of the cake pop.

Separate the red from the pink hearts.
Can I Use Any Kind Of Cake?
You sure can! You can use any kind you like! These would be great with yellow cake, chocolate cake or even red velvet.
