 {  Dreamsicle Orange Punch }

I’ve never really been a fan of punch at parties. I suppose it was the recipe they used.
I always felt like the punch was sucking the moister out of my mouth.

But when my cousin Melody found out she was expecting and I went into baby shower planning mode, I had to find a punch recipe for the party that would match the baby shower colors and not taste awful.

I looked a while, but then asked friends for help. My friend Judith sent me a recipe for punch, I made it for the baby shower, and that was the end…. it was a favorite.

Well this year when I was planning the Thanksgiving day menu, I knew I had to include this punch.
Meghan (my brother’s girlfriend), loves this punch, so yeah, it ad to make an appearance.

But who wants green punch on Thanksgiving? No… It needed to match… color wise.

So I just changed up the flavor 🙂

Plus it’s super super easy to make, so that’s no big deal.

SO again, Thank you Judith!

Save this Orange Punch

1 quart Orange Sherbet

2 Liters of Sprite
Pour 1 liter of sprite into a large punch bowl.
To soften the Sherbet straight from the freezer, stick the carton (without the top on) into the microwave.
Heat the Sherbet in 30 second intervals until you can scoop the sorbet into the punch bowl.
Add the second liter of Sprite and stir!

    Did you leave out the lemonade on the orange punch?

      Yes. For the Orange Punch, you do not add the lemonade.
