*This recipe was originally posted on December 30th, 2010. It’s now been updated with new text and new photos**
I plan to spend a good bit of this year going back through old recipes and posts here on BigBearsWife.com and redoing photos and such. When I first started blogging I had great intentions of showcasing and saving some of our favorite recipes but my skills we lacking. My photos were horrible and my posts didn’t make a lot of sense. haha.
I’ve learn a lot since then and I thought it would be nice to give some of those older recipes a face lift.
These Peanut Butter Blossoms cookies are getting one now!
Now on this day last year, I posted Hot Chocolate cookies on January 6th (my brother’s birthday) and here I am again posting cookies on the 6th of January!
*Happy Birthday, Adam!!*
Everyone else is posting healthy New Year recipes and here I am, posting cookies haha.
These cookies first made an appearance on the blog back in 2010 when my friend Sayra brought them to my first cookie swap party. I had eaten Peanut Butter Blossoms before but it had been a while since my last one. I remember taking a bite of one of the cookies she brought and falling in love with them all over again.
Well this past Christmas, I decided to make Thomas a batch on a whim! I thought it would be a great time to update these photos and this post.
You could make these with any flavor of Hershey chocolate kiss but I love the plain ol’ chocolate ones. I just love these little Peanut Butter Blossoms, Chocolate Kiss Peanut Butter Cookies!

I little look at the old photo before we get onto the recipe.

The instructions calls for butter shortening but the ingredients call for butter.

OK – I think you just left off a comma: butter, shortening, etc.
