Ingredients
- 2 chicken breast, boneless skinless
- 1 bag Food Should Taste Good™ Cheddar Chips
- 1 bag Food Should Taste Good™ Blue Corn Chips
- 4 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened and cut into cubes
- 12 ounces light beer
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- chopped chives -- optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Add chicken to a deep oven proof dish, sprinkle with taco seasoning.
- Pour buffalo sauce and water over chicken.
- Cover and bake for 30 minutes or until chicken is done.
- Remove from oven and shred chicken.
- Pour light beer into a medium sauce pan and bring to a simmer.
- Add in the cubed cream cheese and whisk until melted.
- Once cream cheese is melted, whisk in cheddar cheese.
- Whisk until melted and smooth
To Plate:
- Pour Food Should Taste Good™ Blue Corn Chips and Food Should Taste Good™ Cheddar Chips onto a large serving plate.
- Pour half of the beer cheese over the chips.
- Top cheese sauce with shredded chicken.
- Top chicken with the remaining cheese sauce.
- Top with chopped chives for garnish
