Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 1/2 cups mini chocolate chips
- 1 -2 cups mini marshmallows
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- Graham cracker squares for dipping
- I used an 8 inch cast iron skillet for this recipe
Instructions
- Place skillet inside of the oven.
- Set the oven to preheat to 450 F.
- Once the oven has reached 45F0 F. carefully remove skillet from oven (IT WILL BE HOT). Add butter to skillet and carefully swirl butter around skillet as it melts.
- Add mini chocolate chips in an even layer to the skillet.
- Carefully lay pieces of the mashed banana over the chocolate pieces.
- Top the banana with the mini marshmallows in a single layer.
- Place the skillet back into the oven and bake for about 5 minutes or until marshmallows are toasted. Don\'t let them burn!
- Carefully remove the skillet from the oven.
- Let skillet rest for about 5 minutes.
- Serve while super hot with graham cracker sticks for dipping.
- Skillet WILL BE HOT!
