  • Yield: 12 Chocolate Covered Snowman S'more Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 24 Graham Cracker Rectangles
  • 24 chocolate bar rectangles (or Chocolate Spread)
  • Marshmallow Fluff
  • Mini Chocolate Chips - for the buttons (or mini M&Ms)
  • Orange Gummy Candies - for the nose
  • 6 Oreos, cut in half - for the hat
  • 12 mini Oreos - for the hat
  • AirHead Candies Strips or Twizzlers for the Scarf
  • 4 -6 cups white chocolate candy melts

Instructions

  • Spread marshmallow fluff onto each Graham Cracker Rectangle. Add chocolate bar rectangles (or Chocolate Spread) to half of the Graham Cracker Rectangles.
  • Top the Marshmallow Fluff and Chocolate Graham Cracker Rectangles with a Marshmallow Fluff Graham Cracker Rectangles to make a sandwich.
  • Melt the white chocolate candy melts according to the package directions.
  • Dip each graham cracker sandwich into the white chocolate to coat it and tap off excess chocolate back into the bowl. I use a fork to dip them.
  • Lay the sandwich onto wax paper.
  • While the chocolate is still wet add the mini chocolate chip eyes and buttons. Cut off a bit of the Orange Gummy Candies for the nose and stick it onto the snowman.
  • Cut up a strip of the AirHead Candies Strips or Twizzlers for the Scarf. Use a bit of the melted chocolate to glue the scarf onto the snowman.
  • Use some of the melted chocolate to glue half of an Oreo onto the top of the snowman\'s head with a smaller Oreo onto of that.
  • Let Chocolate harden before serving.
  • Print
