  • Yield: 1 ULTIMATE Fried Green Tomato Club Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 2 -4 tablespoon Sabra Spreads with Hummus - Garlic and Herb
  • 2 Fried Green Tomatoes (link to recipe above)
  • 3 slices bread, toasted
  • 4 -5 leaves of romaine lettuce
  • 6 slices cooked bacon
  • 2 slices Swiss cheese
  • 2 slices American cheese
  • 4 -6 thin slices oven roasted turkey

Instructions

  • Lay out one slice of toasted bread and spread on some of the Sabra Spreads with Hummus - Garlic and Herb.
  • Layer on the Swiss cheese, bacon and half of the lettuce.
  • Add another layer of bread, adding some of the Sabra Spreads with Hummus - Garlic and Herb to each side.
  • Layer on the American cheese, turkey, fried green tomatoes and the rest of the lettuce.
  • Top with a piece of toasted bread that\'s been smeared with a but of the Sabra Spreads with Hummus - Garlic and Herb.
  • Cut into wedges and serve.
