- Yield: 1 ULTIMATE Fried Green Tomato Club Sandwich
- 2 -4 tablespoon Sabra Spreads with Hummus - Garlic and Herb
- 2 Fried Green Tomatoes (link to recipe above)
- 3 slices bread, toasted
- 4 -5 leaves of romaine lettuce
- 6 slices cooked bacon
- 2 slices Swiss cheese
- 2 slices American cheese
- 4 -6 thin slices oven roasted turkey
- Lay out one slice of toasted bread and spread on some of the Sabra Spreads with Hummus - Garlic and Herb.
- Layer on the Swiss cheese, bacon and half of the lettuce.
- Add another layer of bread, adding some of the Sabra Spreads with Hummus - Garlic and Herb to each side.
- Layer on the American cheese, turkey, fried green tomatoes and the rest of the lettuce.
- Top with a piece of toasted bread that\'s been smeared with a but of the Sabra Spreads with Hummus - Garlic and Herb.
- Cut into wedges and serve.
