Ingredients

For Grilled Fruit Kabobs:

  • 1 pineapple, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 2 -3 bananas, peeled and slices into thick slices
  • About 30 Strawberries, tops/greens cut off

For the Brown Sugar Whipped Cream:

  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon vanilla

Instructions

For the Brown Sugar Whipped Cream:

  • Add the heavy cream to the bowl of a mixer. Add in the brown sugar and whip on high until soft peaks form. (don\'t walk away of you might end up making butter!)
  • Once soft peeks form, stir in the vanilla.
  • Store in an air tight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours before serving.

For Grilled Fruit Kabobs:

  • Thread the fruit onto the kabob skewers.
  • Grill on low heat for about 3 minutes, rotate and grill for just a few minutes more until the fruit is soft and has a bit of char on it.
  • Serve with the Brown Sugar Whipped Cream!
