Ingredients
For Grilled Fruit Kabobs:
- 1 pineapple, peeled and cut into chunks
- 2 -3 bananas, peeled and slices into thick slices
- About 30 Strawberries, tops/greens cut off
For the Brown Sugar Whipped Cream:
- 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon vanilla
Instructions
For the Brown Sugar Whipped Cream:
- Add the heavy cream to the bowl of a mixer. Add in the brown sugar and whip on high until soft peaks form. (don\'t walk away of you might end up making butter!)
- Once soft peeks form, stir in the vanilla.
- Store in an air tight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours before serving.
For Grilled Fruit Kabobs:
- Thread the fruit onto the kabob skewers.
- Grill on low heat for about 3 minutes, rotate and grill for just a few minutes more until the fruit is soft and has a bit of char on it.
- Serve with the Brown Sugar Whipped Cream!
