Ingredients
- Olive Oil
- 1 1/2 pounds chicken
- 1 tablespoon complete seasoning (I use Badia Complete Seasoning)
- 16 ounces rigatoni pasta
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 32 ounces chicken broth
- 1 1/4 cups shredded swiss cheese
- 8 ounces diced ham
- 16 ounces Alfredo sauce
Instructions
- Dice chicken and cook in large stock pot or dutch oven with a few tablespoons of olive oil. Cook over medium heat 15-20 minutes or until done.
- Season with 1 tablespoon complete seasoning and stir.
- Remove chicken from pan and set aside.
- Add chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, and dry pasta to the pot.
- Stir well and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes or until pasta is cooked and broth has absorbed.
- Stir in the ham, swiss cheese, chicken, and Alfredo.
- Serve warm.
