  • Yield: about 3 cups dip

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces frozen spinach, thawed and drained very well
  • 16 ounces container sour cream
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 packet (1 oz) ranch powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 carrot, peeled and grated

Instructions

  • Combine everything into a large bowl and mix well until everything is combined. Cover and place into the fridge for at least 2 hours (overnight is fine too)
