Ingredients
- 12 ounces frozen spinach, thawed and drained very well
- 16 ounces container sour cream
- 1 cup mayo
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 packet (1 oz) ranch powder
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 carrot, peeled and grated
Instructions
- Combine everything into a large bowl and mix well until everything is combined. Cover and place into the fridge for at least 2 hours (overnight is fine too)
