Rosemary and Roasted Garlic Parmesan Chicken Subs Recipe

  • Serves: 2

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of KRAFT Fresh Take Rosemary and Roasted Garlic
  • 2 Sub Rolls
  • Parmesan and Mozzarella cheese**
  • Parmesan pasta sauce**
  • Tomatoes**
  • Basil**
  • 4 ounces Mushrooms** (if you don’t want raw mushrooms, saute in a little olive oil)
  • 1 egg + 1 tablespoon of water, whisked
  • 3 Chicken Breast Tenderloins
  • **(amount varies, depends on what you like)

Instructions

  • Pre-heat oven to 350F.
  • Whisk 1 egg and 1 tablespoon of water in a bowl.
  • Pour breadcrumbs and cheese mix into a bowl.
  • In video below, I poured breadcrumbs into one and cheese into another just to give a visual.
  • Cut the Chicken Breast tenderloins in half.
  • Dip each one into the egg mixture and then into the Rosemary and Roasted Garlic Fresh Take breadcrumb and cheese mix.
  • Place chicken onto a sheet tray. Bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes.
  • To assemble subs:
  • Slice sub rolls open and lay flat. Add chicken bites and cover chicken with pasta sauce.
  • Add mushrooms, strips of basil and slices of tomatoes.
  • Lastly, add the cheese.
