Ingredients
- 1 pack of KRAFT Fresh Take Rosemary and Roasted Garlic
- 2 Sub Rolls
- Parmesan and Mozzarella cheese**
- Parmesan pasta sauce**
- Tomatoes**
- Basil**
- 4 ounces Mushrooms** (if you don’t want raw mushrooms, saute in a little olive oil)
- 1 egg + 1 tablespoon of water, whisked
- 3 Chicken Breast Tenderloins
- **(amount varies, depends on what you like)
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 350F.
- Whisk 1 egg and 1 tablespoon of water in a bowl.
- Pour breadcrumbs and cheese mix into a bowl.
- In video below, I poured breadcrumbs into one and cheese into another just to give a visual.
- Cut the Chicken Breast tenderloins in half.
- Dip each one into the egg mixture and then into the Rosemary and Roasted Garlic Fresh Take breadcrumb and cheese mix.
- Place chicken onto a sheet tray. Bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes.
- To assemble subs:
- Slice sub rolls open and lay flat. Add chicken bites and cover chicken with pasta sauce.
- Add mushrooms, strips of basil and slices of tomatoes.
- Lastly, add the cheese.
