- 2 slices naan flatbread
- 1 jar (4.58 oz) FIND NO. 50 HemisFares™ Pesto alla Genovese
- 2 handfuls fresh spinach
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Lay 2 pieces of naan flatbread on a baking sheet.
- Spread 2-3 tablespoons of HemisFares™ Pesto alla Genovese onto each slice of flatbread.
- Top each flatbread with spinach.
- Add 1/2 cup shredded cheese to each pizza.
- Top each pizza with cherry tomato halves.
- Bake at 400F for 12-15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Cut into slices.
