Vanilla Bean Cranberry Ring

Ingredients

  • 1 roll (13.8 oz) refrigerated pizza dough
  • 7 ounces container of Finlandia Vanilla Bean Cheese
  • 1 can (14 oz) whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 4 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 cup - 1 cup dried cranberries
  • zest from 1 medium orange

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400F.
  • Roll the dough out onto a flat surface.
  • Using a rolling pin, roll the dough out into a large rectangle.
  • Spread half of the Finlandia Vanilla Bean cheese onto the dough, leaving an inch border around the dough clean.
  • Top with the whole cranberry sauce and spread it out into a single layer.
  • Starting on one of the long ends, tuck and roll the dough jelly roll style.
  • After you roll it, bring the two ends together to form a ring.
  • Place the ring, seam side down, into a large cast iron skillet or on a rimmed baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until top is slightly browned.
  • Once baked, removed from oven and let cool.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the rest of the Finlandia Vanilla Bean cheese and the milk.
  • Whisk in the powdered sugar until well combined and smooth.
  • If the glaze is too thick add more milk, if the glaze is too thin for your liking add more powdered sugar.
  • Drizzle glaze on top of ring.
  • Top with dried cranberries.
  • Sprinkle with zest from one orange.
  • Serve warm or at room temperature.
