Ingredients
- 1 roll (13.8 oz) refrigerated pizza dough
- 7 ounces container of Finlandia Vanilla Bean Cheese
- 1 can (14 oz) whole berry cranberry sauce
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 4 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 cup - 1 cup dried cranberries
- zest from 1 medium orange
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Roll the dough out onto a flat surface.
- Using a rolling pin, roll the dough out into a large rectangle.
- Spread half of the Finlandia Vanilla Bean cheese onto the dough, leaving an inch border around the dough clean.
- Top with the whole cranberry sauce and spread it out into a single layer.
- Starting on one of the long ends, tuck and roll the dough jelly roll style.
- After you roll it, bring the two ends together to form a ring.
- Place the ring, seam side down, into a large cast iron skillet or on a rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until top is slightly browned.
- Once baked, removed from oven and let cool.
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the rest of the Finlandia Vanilla Bean cheese and the milk.
- Whisk in the powdered sugar until well combined and smooth.
- If the glaze is too thick add more milk, if the glaze is too thin for your liking add more powdered sugar.
- Drizzle glaze on top of ring.
- Top with dried cranberries.
- Sprinkle with zest from one orange.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
