Today is my sweet hubby’s birthday! He’s been going a bit crazy that past few years over turning 30 today but I think he might have calmed down a bit. 😉 I tell him all the time that turning 30 isn’t bad! It just means that he’s been lucky enough to survive 30 years on this earth! 🙂
Normally Big Bear’s birthday’s are filled with chocolate and peanut butter things like Mini No Bake Peanut Butter Cheesecakes, Peanut Butter Truffle Cheesecake (I’m pretty sure that I’ve made this like 3 years in a row) and Cookie Cups.
But this year he asked for a peppermint patty type cake. I’m making him a Chocolate Cake with a white peppermint frosting!
Even though he’s switched things up on me this year, I can’t let his birthday pass without some Chocolate and Peanut Butter goodies!!
