I may be wishing for October and fall to get here but the weather around here is a constant reminder that Summer is still going strong here in the South! haha.

While we’re still battling the heat down here, it only seems right to still be working on summer themed dessert recipes for y’all.

Honestly I think that’s one of the best parts about mini trifles. I love them because you get your very own little desert and you don’t have to worry about sharing with anyone.

Not that sharing is a bad thing, but you know……….sometimes I just want my own dessert. haha

These Mini No Bake Blueberry Cheesecake Trifles are made up of 3 different types of dessert layers.

First?

A nice layer of crushed vanilla wafers (which always make me think of my mom for some reason haha)

Then, we’re following up that layer of cookies with a no bake cheesecake mix! Don’t worry, it’s super easy to make!

After that tasty cheesecake layer, we’re piling on a homemade blueberry pie filling.

Just keep layering with that combo until you reach the top. I always like to finish my fruit cheesecake trifles off with fruit! That way you get a nice bit of fruit as soon as you start to dig in!
