Rosemary and Garlic Chicken

What you need:

2 pounds of chicken thighs
3 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 tablespoons of Rosemary
2 tablespoons of minced garlic

What to do:

Place chicken in a casserole dish. Rub the rosemary and garlic into the chicken thighs. Pour soy sauce over chicken.
Using tongs, flip chicken over and over to make sure everything is coated evenly.

I let mine marinate for 5 hours in the fridge.

Bake at 350 for 1 hour.

I served ours over saffron rice. 🙂
