I LOVE Mexican Food… and I mean L-O-V-E Mexican food! Last time we went to Roanoke to visit Chocolatepaper we again went with the lunch suggestion of Liz and tried out Alejandro’s Mexican Grill; which is located at 127 Campbell Avenue, Roanoke, VA 24011, which is only a few steps from the market. I found it to be wonderful! It didn’t play the cheesy Mexican music that EVERY other Mexican restaurant plays. haha. (that cheesy Mexican music is so annoying haha). But anyways, they played regular Mexican music… like the same Mexican music I heard walking the streets of downtown Cancun a few years ago. The food was very good, and I felt like I was sitting in a bar on the streets of Mexico.

Another thing is that I ALWAYS get the same thing every time I go to a Mexican Restaurant. I usually get the Enchilada with rice and cheese dip. BUT since I thought about it and was doing a review, I thought I’d try something new. and….. so I did…

After Looking over the menu I chose the Fried Fish Taco…. yeah.. yeah… EwW gross a Fish Taco…. who would have thought……

But anywho I thought…. $2.99…. well if I get it and I don’t like it I’m only out 3 bucks haha

So yeah… chip first.. like every Mexican place… and of course I had to have cheese dip 😉

This is their Menu

This is what hubby got.. ACP or Arroz Con Pollo (thats my yummy rice)
and here is my Fish Taco. It was REALLY REALLY REALLY good!!! and Spicy
OOo look at the goodness…..

Meet Angie

I love the Farmer’s Market and Farm to Table meals but I’m also not ashamed to use canned vegetables and baking mixes. It’s all about balance! I’m so glad y’all are here!
